What it fixes
Most humanizers work on the surface: the em dashes, the stock AI words, the lists of three. The research behind this skill looked somewhere else.
Researchers at the University of Maryland and Google DeepMind compared more than 61,000 human and AI stories. A model that ignored word choice and looked only at how each story was built told them apart with 93.2% accuracy. When the obvious AI tells were edited out, the score barely moved.
So this skill changes the structure underneath. It still does a surface pass at the end, but only after the shape is right.
