What it does
The skill builds sites with real motion: text that rises into place as you scroll, particles that form and scatter, cards that tilt toward your cursor, and page transitions.
It has no house style. It asks what you are building and who it is for, then designs to that answer instead of giving everyone the same dark gradient template.
It also carries the hard technical details: how to sample text into particles, why masked text clips the bottom of letters like g and y, why carousel cards overlap when they pass, and why hover effects fail on elements that move.
