agentic-chat
send chat messages across whatsapp, telegram, and messenger
the problem
chat vendors split one message across different tools. careless sends ignore consent and quiet hours.
what i built
chat sends one message to an opted-in contact on whatsapp, telegram, or messenger. it logs stop, honors quiet hours, and defaults to dry run.
