agentic-whatsapp
send whatsapp messages to opted-in contacts
the problem
whatsapp sends require consent checks across two vendor apis. one wrong send can ignore a stop request.
what i built
whatsapp sends one message to an opted-in number through twilio or meta whatsapp cloud api. it logs stop, honors quiet hours, and defaults to dry run.
