durable agent tasks in firefox that resume after a stop

the problem

firefox unloads an idle extension page, and it can crash or restart. a long agent task then loses its place.

what i built

foxrunner saves each step's state before and after the step runs. a task goes on from the last finished step. it also runs retries and schedules, and a helper command keeps firefox running on a mini PC or server.
